<p>This afternoon an emergency report was received at Magen David Adom's (MDA) 101 hotline about a child who drowned in a pool at a home in the Mateh Binyamin regional council.</p><p>MDA paramedics performed resuscitation efforts, and after his pulse returned, he was evacuated in serious condition to Hadassah Mount Scopus Hospital in Jerusalem.</p><p>MDA reported that the boy was pulled from the water unconscious, without a pulse and without breathing. Resuscitation attempts included CPR and medication.</p>
